Christmas Expo

We want to help make your Christmas Appreciation order easier this year!

Thursday, Sept 8th ~ 3-7pm ~ FSJ Curling Club

We're gathering:

To help you get a jump start on this year's order.

Here are just some of the product lines you'll see at the EXPO:

This is an invitation only event for our SJA Promo and Imagine That! customers so you can see lots of great new ideas, chat directly with suppliers and relax in a fun environment with our team. And there may just be some snacks and an adult beverage or two to help get you in the Christmas mood. (We are going to try to keep Kailey from playing Christmas music, though! Wish us luck!)

Will we see you there?  RSVP now and you will breeze through registration and get into the show more quickly!

Can I bring people with me?

We'd love to see the people who help you select the best PROMO! If there are others in your organization who might help with selecting Christmas PROMO or may also be placing orders for their team, bring them along! (And it's even okay if you can't all come together, just let us know when you RSVP to expect them and we'll give them the all-star treatment when they arrive.)

Isn't this pretty early to be thinking about Christmas?

You don't need to have your order placed right now but having a jump start on idea generating and planning will help broaden the range of items and decoration methods available to you. It also gives you time to engage others in your organization for feedback and ideas.

Are we committing to being there for 4 hours?

This is like a mini-trade show so we'll be ready for you between 3pm - 7pm but you can come whenever is convenient for you and take as much (or as little) time as you want to check it out. Of course we hope you'll have some time to join us for a drink and visit but if you need to get in and out, that works too! We've scheduled it towards the end of the workday so you can visit during work hours or for those who have trouble getting out during the work day, pop by on your way home.

What if we're not even close to being ready to order?

Then this is definitely the show for you! We won't be processing orders at the show, it's really just about giving you an opportunity to cruise around the booths and see what's new and exciting this year. We hope it will give you some ideas for when you are ready to start discussing your next order. It's a good time to create a wish list or just get some inspiration.

When do I need to place my Christmas order?

The sooner you get started, the more options you have! By starting early, you significantly increase the number of options available to you to really WOW them this year. Ideally, your order is placed (items, quantities, sizes, colours and artwork confirmed) 4-6 weeks ahead of your in-hands date. Because you'll want some time to consider your options and get feedback from others, it's best to come see us at least 6-8 weeks ahead of your in-hands date. Here's an example:

Because, let's remember, Christmas is the busiest season in PROMO and shipping and so the closer to Christmas we get, the greater the chance of extended timelines or shipping delays. We are also continuing to work around supply chain issues so, help us, help you by starting your order early!

How is this different from coming into your showroom?

Well, first off, if you've been in lately, we're all getting pretty cozy as we've added new team members and have brought our embroidery into our location so this event really gives us a chance to spread out and display more samples.  You will easily be able to wander around and check things out without feeling crowded and we'll have lots of time and space to chat and catch up without phones ringing or emails coming in.

Secondly, with our fantastic supplier reps coming, they bring not only their extensive knowledge of the products but also new products that even we will be seeing for the first time! They are also bringing additional samples to show you - things we may not have in our showroom. (These are the people we go to when we have questions.)

Third, goodies, draws, refreshments and a chance to relax and visit. Need I say more?
