But it can be easier. If you have groups of end-consumers that need to place individual orders, we can automate that order collection process with an online store!

Imagine a world where you spend an hour, selecting items, approving designs and an online store layout. Then, for a couple of weeks, you post or email out a link a few times and about 3-4 weeks later, you pick up all the completed orders, with all the individual orders packed up for you. And, if distribution is difficult for you (sports teams, organizations without a staffed office), your end-consumers can pick orders up at SJA Promo or have them shipped (for an additional fee).

No, you’re not dreaming. Give your employees or supporters the freedom to place their order when it makes sense for them (within a specified time frame) and select the style, size, or colour they want! Because they can place and pay for their order online, there’s no chasing people down to confirm their order or coordinate payment and no need to hold inventory (we produce only what’s ordered).

Online stores are great for:

• School spirit wear
• Team Orders – for the athletes and fans
• Gifting Stores – employees, customers or volunteers can go in and select an item and we bill the organizer for the orders (after you approve them, of course)
• Employee Purchase Stores (you can even provide gift cards to employees to make their own selections)
• Fundraisers
• Event stores – allow participants to pre-order items to pick up at or after the event

How it works:

1. You talk with us about what types of products you’re interested in, designs and other details about your goals.
2. We put together an online store with suggested products and pricing for your customers.
3. You promote the link to the online store to collect orders (normally 10-14 days).
4. Your end-consumers head online and place and pay for their orders. (Or, for a gifting store, we can bill you, create gift card codes or coupons.)
5. The store closes and we produce the items that have been ordered. (It takes 3-4 weeks depending on items/decoration selected.)
6. We pack the individual orders in a reusable bag with a packing slip that has the customer and order details.
7. You pick up the orders to distribute or your end-consumers can pick up their orders at SJA Promo or pay to have them shipped anywhere in Canada.
8. If you included fundraising, you pick up a cheque or use your credit to purchase other PROMO items for your organization.
